When I first learnt that I would be moving to Saigon, I was delighted at the prospect of a culinary education, starting with Vietnam and working my way around South East Asia. However, nobody warned me that two years later, I would be 20kgs heavier!

Since moving here, I’ve loved exploring the Saigonese food scene, stumbling across the hidden gems that make this city’s cuisine so exhilarating. While it’s not always easy traversing the vegetarian tightrope in Vietnam, in reality, the variety of veggie delights on offer here is hard to beat.

I was born and grew up in Danang and I regularly write for Danang Cuisine. I spent the last decade of my life between Singapore and Germany. I am a Youtuber, entrepreneur and University Lecturer. I have also just produced my first cook book!
